Implementation
During the Implementation Project, Metavante’s Client Services Team provides the following Standard Implementation Services:
- Project management
- Consulting services for system configuration
- Implementation of client-specific configuration options
- Definition and implementation of user interface design
- Communications engineering consulting and procurement
- Infrastructure design and installation
- Loan product analysis and setup (including qualification guidelines, detailed price parameters and lender-specific underwriting conditions)
- Installation of standard interface for pricing updates on client PC
- Quality assurance testing
- On-site software installation (as required)
- Training and support for user acceptance testing
- Production roll out support
- Additional consulting services related to the implementation of Metavante Lending Solutions software as requested
- Consulting services for related interfaces and systems
