Account Management
Metavante Lending Solutions Account Management is responsible for all aspects of relationship management with our production clients. This includes problem reporting, enhancement requests, additional product sales and contract and billing issues. Metavante assigns an account management team, led by an Account Manager to each client. This assignment is consistent for the life of the Client's contract. Account Management also provides Help Desk and Level 2 and Level 3 Technical Support 24 X 7 for all Metavante Lending Solutions applications.
The Account Manager will oversee the analysis and design, testing and deployment of client requested enhancements and defect fixes. In the event a client contracts for a large enhancement or a new product, a separate Metavante Project Team, led by a Project Manager, will be assigned. However, the Account Manager will still be accountable for coordinating this new delivery within the existing production environment.
The Account Manager works primarily with a Client Vendor Manager. All communication between the Client and Metavante is coordinated between these 2 primary contact points - ensuring all production changes are properly scheduled and approved and any billable tasks are approved in writing by the client.
Internally, Account Management works closely with Metavante Lending Solutions Development, IT, and Professional Services to ensure all efforts for the Client are properly coordinated and of acceptable quality.
